Financial Policies

$100 CONSULTATION FEE is required at the time of booking a consultation. No exceptions. Consultation fee is refundable if appointment is cancelled within 3 business days. Appointment No-Shows will forfeit the $100 fee. Consultation fee is applied towards your comprehensive consultation with our surgeons but does NOT apply toward procedure cost.

$500 SURGICAL DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid at the time of surgical booking. The deposit will be applied the total cost of surgery. Should you need to reschedule your surgery, we will honor a one-time transfer of the $500. The surgical deposit will be forfeited if surgery is rescheduled a second time. Any remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to surgery and is required to be paid at pre-operative appointment.

CANCELLATION FEES will apply for late surgery cancellations. 25% of the TOTAL surgical fee will be withheld if any cancellations or rescheduling is made within two (2) weeks (14 days) prior to surgery, for any reason. 50% of the TOTAL surgical fee will be withheld if any cancellations or rescheduling is made withing one (1) week (7 days) prior to surgery, for any reason. Rebooking surgery will require a new $500 surgical deposit.

PRICE QUOTES are good for 60 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change once expired. If a deposit is paid toward a price quote given at time of consultation and surgery is rescheduled, quote is subject to change if prices have changed. Surgery can only be rebooked within a one-year time frame.

All procedures performed at 22 Plastic Surgery are primarily cosmetic in nature, not medically necessary, and therefore, would be fraudulent and unethical for 22 Plastic Surgery to submit a fee to any insurance company for coverage. We will not accept insurance for any procedures.
