Brow Lift Surgery in Salt Lake City

You’ve probably heard the expression, “The eyes say it all.” The eyes have the ability to convey a range of emotions, such as joy, sadness and suspicion. And sometimes, without even trying, we may project a certain feeling based on the appearance of our eyes. Puffiness, frown lines and drooping lids can convey a tired or stern look that doesn’t match your true feelings.

We can help you appear as vibrant on the outside as you feel on the inside.

What is the Brow Lift Procedure?

Brow lift surgery usually takes about one to two hours to perform. Either general anesthesia or intravenous sedation is used. Depending on the surgical technique used, one long incision or a series of small incisions is made. Tissue and muscle underneath the skin are moved or repositioned as necessary.

At the end of the procedure, the incision(s) is closed with sutures, screws, adhesives or surgical tape; a drain may be put in to collect excess blood and fluid.

Postsurgery, the patient is moved to a recovery area for observation.
