Your consultation is an opportunity to have a personalized discussion with your surgeon, ask questions, and receive expert recommendations tailored to your needs.
Steps to connect at the time of your appointment:
1. Log into your Symplast Patient APP and click on the “Appointments” tab.
2. Select your virtual consultation.
3. Wait for the surgeon to connect.
Please note, the screen will remain black until the surgeon is online, which could take a few minutes if they are finishing up with another visit. We appreciate your patience as it could take 10–15 minutes past your appointment time for them to join.
To help maximize your time with the doctor, please complete the new patient forms that were sent to you when you scheduled your appointment. Completing these forms in advance allows us to review your medical history and focus your visit on discussing your goals, answering your questions, and developing a customized treatment plan. If you need these forms re-sent to you, feel free to call or text us.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least three (3) business days’ notice. Providing adequate notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient and ensures your consultation fee can be honored or refunded. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments, and a new consultation fee may apply.
