Pre-Op Phone Call Instructions

 

We look forward to helping you prepare for your upcoming procedure and are honored to be part of your surgical journey. Your pre-operative appointment is an important step in ensuring you feel informed, prepared, and confident before your surgery.

During this call, you will visit with one of our pre-operative nurses. You will meet with and see your surgeon on the day of your surgery. Your pre-op nurse will review your procedure in detail, discuss your pre and post-operative instructions, answer any remaining questions, and make sure you have everything you need for a safe and successful experience.

If you are considering any changes to your surgical plan, please notify our office prior to your pre-op call, as changes cannot be made during this visit.

Any remaining balance for your procedure will be due at the end of your Pre-Op call. Payment options include:

• • Payment over the phone with a credit card.
  • Cashier’s check mailed in and received before pre-op call.
  • Wire transfer transaction received before pre-op call.
