Insurance Pre-Op Instructions

 

We look forward to helping you prepare for your upcoming procedure and are honored to be part of your surgical journey. Your pre-operative appointment is an important step in ensuring you feel informed, prepared, and confident before your surgery.

During this appointment, you will visit with one of our pre-operative nurses. You will meet with and see your surgeon on the day of your surgery. Your pre-op nurse will review your procedure in detail, discuss your pre and post-operative instructions, answer any remaining questions, and make sure you have everything you need for a safe and successful experience.

If you are considering any changes to your surgical plan, please notify our office prior to your pre-op call, as changes cannot be made during this visit.

We have submitted an insurance claim to your health insurance company. If there is any patient portion balance for your procedure, it will be due at the end of your Pre-Op visit. Payment options include:

• • Payment with a credit card or cash.
  • Cashier’s check mailed in and received before pre-op appointment.
  • Wire transfer transaction received before pre-op appointment.
