This 38 year old female had a history of bilateral submuscular implants. She underwent a previous revision to silicone and unfortunately developed a left implant infection requiring removal. She was without an implant on the left side for four months. Patient decided on 595cc gel shaped implants along with reinforcement using Strattice for the implant malposition.
